Circle of Change is a high impact, energetic, fun, fresh, unique, and inspiring leadership conference that has been created by Joshua Fredenburg to empower, equip, and prepare emerging leaders to make an impact in world and succeed as leaders in high level leadership positions!
During the first day of this powerful leadership conference, emerging leaders will not only have the opportunity to hear powerful national leadership speakers, but they will also be able to participate in power networking sessions and engaging workshops that are designed to help emerging leaders develop a vision statement and career succession plan for the next five to ten years with some of America’s top facilitators. Following these impactful events will be a live symposium with some of America’s top leaders and a real-life case study exercise that will challenge the leadership skills of each conference attendee.
On the second day, emerging leaders will have the opportunity to participate in a leadership reflection exercise created by the authors of Leadership Challenge, and they will also have the opportunity to participate in leadership workshops that are geared to help emerging leaders improve their leadership skill sets. Once the workshops are complete, each conference attendee will have the opportunity to connect with over 40 seasoned leaders from professions such as entertainment, public relations, marketing, event planning, politics, law, education, athletics, religion, engineering, medical, health, higher education, and business, and they will have the opportunity to hear another amazing keynote speaker and receive a Circle of Change Leadership Certificate at our special graduation ceremony that will be held at the conclusion of the conference.
Once the entire conference is complete, not only will these emerging leaders leave with powerful connections and leadership skills, but they will have the opportunity to attend the second level of our leadership conference the following year. This second level can only be attended by leaders who were able to complete the first year of Circle of Change.
